Our tenants' KitchenAid refrigerator suddenly stopped working and neither our tenant or myself knew what was wrong with it, much less how to fix it. I was ready to just scrap the current fridge and have a new one delivered out of frustration, though my husband reminded me that perhaps it could be prepared because it wasn't that old. Max was courteous, prompt, timely, professional, helpful and genuinely interested in making sure he did a good job and that the fridge worked properly. Our tenant even got a follow up call a week later just to make sure everything was working as it should be. Bravo, KitchenAid Repair Palo Alto for raising the bar!
