I was contacted by Alex within 10 minutes of searching for a repair person when the refrigerator wasn't cooling. He let me know when he was coming, was punctual, very kind and respectful to my 91-year-old father who wanted to hover and tell him how to do his job. The work was fast and excellent. Even my service dog adored him and wanted to play. My pup was very sad when he left. Will definitely use Sub Zero Appliance Repair again. |
