| Mike Chambers | We got displaced by the Paradise fire and needed a refrigerator asap for a rental we found. Dave was our salesperson. Bought a new refrigerator full price mind you and they delivered new refrigerator with huge dents along one side made from forks of a forklift. I called Dave and he was probably the least professional salesperson and this company would not make it right by delivering a new replacement at my request. He tried to say because we also bought a washer and dryer on the same order he can't utilize product warranty. What an idiot to suggest no replacement, discounting it due to damage and offer longer warranty on washer and dryer which I did not want. I wanted a new refrigerator and needed it know not wait 2 weeks as stated ..Dave cannot be trusted and unwilling to make it right. The guys delivering were nice but very sloppy and somewhat unprofessional in there installations. Beware of this shady company. I had enough grief loosing everything and know I get taken by Dave. It has crossed my mind that he probably delivered a unit that was already damaged and sitting in warehouse. Would not surprise me. |
