We explained what issue is over the phone and provided make and model and was told it will be about 99 plus parts. the person came and said i do not have the parts and need to order, the part was 40 and he quotes us almost 350 for changing a piece of plastic. DO NOT WORK WITH ANY SEARS REPAIR SHOP, it is all a scam. this is not my first experience. if i could rate them 0 I would. |
