They called to schedule an appointment and wanted to show up today while I was at work. I told them tomorrow would work better and we agreed on a time. About an hour later I get a call stating they are at my house. I told the guy I wasn't home and wouldn't be home for him to do the repair. He got angry with me and told me I was wrong about the date of the appointment accused my of lying and abruptly hung up on me. I'm sorry but someone with that kind of anger problems does not deserve my business so I got their contract canceled. |
