| Me Me | Without doing my homework or research, decided to call them to get an estimate on a Turbo Chef oven. Having the same issues in the past over a decade, the part usually lasts few years, I had a rough idea of what the cost would be. I wanted to get someone out ASAP. While other competitors are able to give a rough estimate of repair costs for the specific issue I mentioned, they would simply just refused saying the tech will do that. Since they were able to come out sooner, decided to go with them. Sure, the tech comes out and gives a ridiculous amount for the repair. To make the story short, you are basically forced to not move forward for the repair due to ridiculous rate, and are in for 70. Had I known they were going to be almost 226 more than others estimates, I would've never even bothered. I just wished I had seen their "F" rating on BBB, as well as their 1 STAR reviews on Yelp from hundreds of customers experiencing their "service." Never in a million years would I consider them in the future or refer anyone. There may be few good customer experiences, but definitely shop around and you will be happier with their competitors ten fold. The BBB "F' rating and Yelp reviews speak volumes. Do your homework. YOU ALL HAVE BEEN WARNED about them and their business practices!! |
