| Markisha Crosby | Terrible service.. The service tech came out did a diagnostic check then claimed he was going to get the parts but had me to pay him his service fee and never came back.. A couple weeks past Im calling them to see when is someone coming and the secretary steady saying “ oh he will be there today” ... still no show.. weeks and weeks past while im steady calling up there .. here it is almost a month and a half later and my appliance is still not fixed.. Terrible customer service... If at all possible I advice you do not use this service..! |
