| Delores Lay | We had to have a Lowe's warranty service call on my 93 year old aunt's new washer, after getting only hot water on a cold wash. Turned out the installers hooked hot/cold hoses incorrectly. Matt, from Carl and Son, called to let us know he would be here in 20 minutes, and was very courteous and helpful in correcting the problem and reviewing the cycle options with my aunt. Living in an area where it is very difficult to find dependable, knowledgeable service professionals, it is nice to know she has Matthew, and Carl and Son to help her out with all appliances. We all feel better knowing she has good people to help. Thank you, Matt. |

| Jennifer Goad | Horrible experience. Do not use this company. We waited 7 months for them to get a part in for our refrigerator. They kept telling us that it had not come in yet. After that they stood us up 3 times to come out to fix it. We finally got fed up and called LG back and was told that that part should of taken no more then 2 weeks to come in. They also told us it would be at least 500 for labor but according to LG that was also covered in the warranty and we wouldn't have to pay anything. |
