| s h | Always knowledgeable & helpful &courteous and most importantly a one year replacement or repair option...no questions asked !! And they honor it!!! I bought a used washer dryer pair 8 years ago and it lasted all these years.and I also bought a used side-by-side refrigerator about 5 years ago.. we did have problems with it after a couple months but they gave us the option to borrow one of theirs while they repaired it or we can just replace it with another one of the same value which is what we chose to do & we still have that same refrigerator today. Although they sell used units they all look brand new and they clean them up spotlessI will always buy my appliances from this place I will never again buy new from Lowe's or home Depot who always look for ways to get out of honoring their warranties |
