AC went out the day before the highest heat index day of the year and Brad the owner made sure it was fixed as soon as possible. They had to replace the entire coil, so there were a couple of days' waiting time for them to get a new unit from the factory. Thank goodness for window units! Brad says what he means and means what he says! Their customers come first!! Highly recommend them!! |
| Mel Vasquez | Our air conditioning unit stopped working in August! I called Jay's and they only had 1 tech working that day but they were able to fit us in. I was told between noon and 4 p.m. Well about 12:05, right at the beginning of the window, I got a phone call and a text saying the tech was on his way. The tech turned out to be John whom I had met in the early part of the summer while he worked on a neighbor's unit. John had us up and running in 20 minutes. John identified the malfunctioning part, replaced it with a new one from the truck and the unit started putting out cold air right away. I was more than pleased. He didn't do any unnecessary repairs or try to "up sell" in any way and I felt the cost was very reasonable considering I would have paid anything for cold air at that point. I recommend Jay's and I will use Jay's again. I was so impressed I bought a service plan. You should too. |
