I never received a call. I called them more than a week later and was then told that my vacuum motor would cost 135. I knew that was incorrect because I had already looked up the price of a motor. I also didn't think I needed a new motor. So I picked up my broken vacuum and it looked miserable, it had filth all over it the store is filthy. I took it instead to Cathey's Sewing and vacuum repair. WHAT A DIFFERENCE. The store was extremely clean and well managed and great customer care. They diagnosed and fixed my issue right away for 54. No new motor needed. Plus they cleaned up the filth that VAC MAN left on vacuum. |
