| Lynn Rozanski | Do they do anything besides send you on a phone chase to a million people overseas who can't hear you properly due to poor phone connections? I had an issue with my phone, they sent me to another number, who sent me to another person, all overseas with poor phone connection, which made communication difficult. Then when trying to deal with the issue again, had to go through 5 different people to get a simple answer, each time repeating all of my information. I'm sorry, but I will never buy a phone through best buy again. And if I have issues with my phone again I will take it to an outside service that could actually provide service. The Greek squad coverage on my phone was a waste of money. |
