Cindy Regier | On January 10th the repairman came to diagnose the problem with my dishwasher. It is now February 11th, and still no repair completed on my dishwasher. No call....no explanation...and each time I call inquire about the status, they say they will investigate and get back to me, but they don't. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I purchased the extended 5-year warranty on my appliances from Spencer's. What a waste of money. |
Hal Cranmer | Watch out for this company. I bought a dryer from Spencer's that barely heated after 2 months of use. Spencer's told me to call them for a free service call. My first phone call resulted in the customer service person telling me that with low heat it's probably my vent duct that is clogged. Fair enough. I hired someone to unclog it. Then the dryer still wouldn't heat. So Goldwing said they would send a repair tech 'in a week or so'. The tech came out and said the vent is still clogged and that was the problem. Then he charged me 85 for the service call. When I set up the appointment, nobody in customer service told me I would have to pay if the problem was not the dryer. I will buy my appliances in the future from another dealer who doesn't tell you about charges ahead of time. |
Charles Moore | This is absolutely the worst company on the planet. They called me as my warranty company contacted them. They told me that the first appointment would be three days from then. They said they would call THAT morning to schedule a time. I indicated that I would need a little more of an exact time to be able to take time off work. I was told that's their process. I had to take the whole day off; the morning of the expected call, they did call and let me know that the technician WOULDN'T be coming at all. He was sick. No replacement technician, no other alternative except for another day. This requires another day off. I tried to speak to someone in charge, was told there is no one in charge. WOW!!! Absolutely no customer service or compassion for the people they are dealing with. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYyou will be sorry. |
