Not only was the customer service at A&D impeccable, Mark listened and was patient as I attempted to explain what I experienced with it. He was thorough in checking everything on the unit to ensure he found the problems. He replaced some parts, took a few extra steps he didn't have too like clean the coils underneath, provided a thorough explanation of what the issues were and went on his way. I'm a very happy customer and highly recommend A&D Appliance Services. |
