I read multiple reviews before making a decision to use a company. I like the response from the company on the reviews and can read between the lines on the bad reviews. You can't make everyone happy and those that are really mad write horrible reviews. I was referred to A-Quality from a friend and called them to give me a quote on a new AC system. I asked a lot of questions and they were glad to help me make the right decision on the system. Price was a factor for me and their quote was very fair. Daniel and Mark showed up and were absolutely professional and genuinely friendly. I'm so happy with the whole process and with my new AC unit. I just referred them to help my 80+ year old aunt. They will be out to her home to install a new unit for her. |
