Very detailed technicians and Appliance Repair Man willing to go the extra mile to find if something is still warranted and provides multiple options of how an appliance could still be working prior to replacing and automatically assuming and being charge for parts that are not needed. Very honest and ethical company he was able to save me over 850 because of a minor detail that another appliance company mixed and wanted that amount ridiculous without even checking the racks to see if the oven would close naturally! Jim's appliance is my number one to go to!!! Thanks again!
