| Dave Watson | Was told on Friday that Saturday's appointments were "first come, first served". Was the first customer, getting there at 6:30am to ensure getting oil change, etc. While there, two other folks came in and their work was performed before my truck was touched, an hour after they opened. Take away that and the technician putting papers then an energy drink on top of the papers on the hood of my truck, the folks do good work. I'll go back but won't expect "first come, first served". I've had good results from there, that's why I'll go back. |
