| Robert Hoggard | Submitted online app to turn the power on to the new home. The power was turned on. I get a call a few days later threatening to turn my power off because they don't have any information on me. I submitted another application. Then a man shows up at my door to turn off my power because I don't have any information in the system for the home. I go to the office, finally get it sorted out and they said they're going to charge me a 40 fee. I said you don't have to send anybody out it's already on but they're going to charge me anyway. The ladies were nice, but I hope to never do business with this company again. I give zero stars if I could. |
