Do not hire! Arrived late! In hindsight we believe this is a scam. The company my husband called is not the company that showed up. Now looking at the invoice, there are three different company names listed. Was hired to assess our refrigerator, however in my opinion he didn't do a detailed assessment. Didn't even pull the fridge off the wall to take a look. Offered us a few hare brained possibilities. We acted on his suggestion an our refrigerator resonded negatively. My husband did some research and called him back to ask about another possibility, he responded, "oh yeah, I didn't think of that". He was overall rude on that phone call. Save yourself time and money by choosing another service company. My husband bought the part we needed and did the repair himself.

Guy made a quick 89.00 bucks off of me. Stayed in my home no longer than 10 minute . His recommendation made the situation worse.when I called him back he < very rude and said that he would come back in the morning. Needless to say he never showed up or calle . I ended up fixing the problem myself. I would never hire this company again!

If i could give them 0 stars I would. An hour late with no call until i called him. Rude, didn't want to be here. Paid him 90 just to tell me ehat i already know. I appreciate him coming out on fathers day, & I'll pray for them, but i would not use them again.
