I called my refrigerator company to set the appointment for Wednesday. I waited for Wednesday and no one ever showed up. I'm very disappointed with them because they didn't even bother to call. When I called them they said they just had to ask me if I had dogs before they came out. I explained they should have called me after setting the appointment. I shouldn't have to miss the appointment just to get service. |
