When I got there, found out they had called 3 places advertising 24 hour service, but after several hours hadn't received a call back. I called Guin, who our family had used for decades, immediately reached a very nice man who scheduled the repair, the service man showed up when he was supposed to, and they did a very good job to get the new hot water heater installed and working. Was more than pleased and I highly recommend them. |
