| Glo Marek | Juan was sent to our residence because of a a/c problem. We have choice home warranty and this is the conman they sent to us. Put in a air filter,fed us a line of bull and talked us into a maintenance agreement for 250 and was to do the first visit on October 7th. Did not show and will not answer texts or calls. Got taken real good. Will report him to BBB and call choice home warranty. Obviously, no one can be trusted anymore. Stay away from this business and this guy. Total scammer! |
| Janet Sebren | This company is the worst! In June 19, 2017 my warranty company sent them out when my A/C was working correctly. Juan arrived and determined that the condensor was low on freon and replaced a dual capacitor. The next day all the freon I paid for had leaked out. I then paid him to replace the condensor. He did so on 28 Jun. My A/C still was not cooling. I also reported to Juan that it was making a very loud high pitched noise and wanted a different condensor. On 3 July another A/C company determined there was a leak at the solder point to the condensor. I called Juan to fix it and he would be back until July 7th to fix it. This is during over 100 degree weather in July folks! Juan came and went on the 7th and A/C still not cooling. I had to call another A/C company who came and fixed it on July 10th. I had to pay for the two other companies to come out and Juan was not responding to my calls or texts. I still had the loud noise driving me crazy and both other A/C companies said it was abnormally loud and could be a manufacturer defect. No response from Juan still. It is now 29 August and my A/C is not working again. Now I have to pay another company to come back out here and probably have to replace the defective condesor. Don't use this company because they only have Juan to service Corpus Christi and he lives in Austin so they don't care if you have A/C or not. And the phone number on the website is actually Juan's cell phone. He is probably a one man show who doesn't know how to solder and doesn't care about his customers satisfaction. I have already paid over 3000 and now I have to purchase another condensor. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! Maybe they should stick to refrigerators! |
