Jack explained that they do not normally do that on the phone, but I had taken some decent pictures of the damage the agitator broke out, and he was able to give me a quote without coming out, which was great, since I was going out of town. As it turned out the repairs would have cost more than I wanted to spend on a machine I didn't like, so I opted to buy new. I would definitely recommend them though.
