We agreed to schedule the parts and service but then reconsidered since it was so expensive, we thought we'd just buy a new kitchen range instead. The very next morning we called them and cancelled. They said, "no problem." Then parts started to arrive. We returned them. Then we get a bill for almost 800 for parts and service that were never performed. I have spent hours trying to resolve this. I have been disconnected numerous times. Just spent 40 minutes with someone and then disconnected me. It's such a messed up company. Just stay away. |
