Denise Schultz | We had our pellet stove installed about a week ago. The experience was great. We dealt with Joe, the owner, on the purchase of the stove and he was knowledgeable and upfront with all information. The employees that came to install the stove were prompt and on time as scheduled. It was a seamless installation process and we are very pleased with the work done. When they left the job you could not even tell they were here, everything was clean and neat. |
James Gaudette | I had these guys install a chimney stack. It was a mess from the beginning. They failed to tuck the flashing under the shingles properly. When I pointed this out the installer says it's fine if you use enough silicone. Well it leaks terrible, look at the attached photo. They gave me the run around on my first complaint and now want to put tar and mesh around the flashing and they wanted to do it when the roof was still wet rather than fix the poor job correctly by doing the flashing correctly. When I insisted on doing the job right, no response. I bet many people have leaks. Maybe not as bad as mine but theirs is worse because they don't know the water is slowly rotting their roof and rafters. In 5 years they will have a much worse time getting a fix. |
