My oven was no longer heating up properly and needed a new heating element! I called late Sunday evening. I received a call bright and early the very next morning from Amanda to set up an appointment. John came in and diagnosed the problem right away. He is very professional and knowledgeable about appliances. He was efficient and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them and will utilize them again!

Jon came to diagnose our dishwasher and had to make a return trip to install new parts. Our front loader washing machine was also stopped working before Jon came back to install the dishwasher parts. He looked at the washing machine first thing when he got here - spent about a half hour and eventually found a broken piece from the door latch that was stuck in the lock. It had apparently been there for years, but just recently was not allowing the door to lock shut. Anyway, very impressed with the diagnosis time he spent and a little thinking outside of the box. He left me with a working washing machine AND dishwasher for a very reasonable price! p.s. - he's also nice to the pets!

Once again Jon came through for us. We lost our dryer and Appliance TecH responded on the same day and was able to repair it. They were carrying the needed part and repaired the dryer on one visit. They do quality work and it is a pleasure doing business with them.
