But let me start by saying great Leader ship skills and Caring for your customers. So my son got a washer and driver from rent a center there was a little issue leaking. Well that's not where it begins, it begins when the Store Manager shows up at your door to swap them out!!!!!!!!! Yes !! The store Mananger!!! I am a store manager myself so I know the hectic schedule of the day !!! Agenda is written but the daily command sends you off tract !! So I want to say personally “Thank you “ that was very special and a great experience so fast response!!!!! Another gentle with him my bad apologies to you as well I didn't get your name,” But customer service”.... Great Leadership shows in your daily routine , because that is who you are and what you do each and every day.So very noticeable!!!!!!! How these team of leaders being lead Caring and keeping a promise right that's what business is all about building trust, building great relationships I see this throughout your building and it's is Epic!!!! And continuous as well!! Great Job!! My 2 year old grandson he adores you 2 guys and calls you his friends I just love it !!!!!!! I'm not sure what level reads this or who reads this but I want to say thank you Jon well day!!!! I wish every one would read this and come join your family !!!!! |
| English Towers Manager | Driver was sent out on a Saturday against building rules, Rent -A Center Jordan Manager said he didn't care about our rules, Driver said delivery sign at front was not clear, not sure what he was looking at since it's at front door clearly marked, and when I tried to help them and explain the rules all they did was complain and was rude, I could never recommend Rent-A-Center to anyone. had to give a one star, but it should be a negative star |
