| Jeff Talley | They were supposed to repair our brand new GE microwave per a warranty claim through GE. First they forgot about us then they claimed GE sent the wrong parts then they lied and said the parts were on back order when they actually hadn't even ordered them. When I called to complain they refused to return to fix the microwave. Just a sad sad excuse for an appliance repair business. |
