| R M | Every once in a great while you run across someone honest in the service industry. This is that place. Had a dryer go out on me. First I called the “other” place in town and after a week, they never returned my call and I'm not begging someone to take my money, so I went down to B&M to look at buying a used dryer. I didn't know they fixed them also. In talking with the owner, he asked what was wrong with my dryer and could I bring it in. Their troubleshooting fee is 30 dollars which is pretty cheap. He called an hour yes an hour after I dropped it off and told me he found the problem, fixed it, and it would be 20 dollars. This is where honestly comes in because like a car mechanic he could have told me anything and charged me triple, how would I know? I'm not a dryer expert! Picked it up, brought it home and it's working like new he also cleaned the entire insides and showed me photos. I'll never go anyplace else and you shouldn't either. Five Star Service! Thank you! |
