I contacted Mark once again, and this time I purchased a Riccar Brilliance R30 Pet. I could not be happier!!! The onboard tools, the super long cord, the ease of transition from hard wood to carpet to rugs and even upholstery is amazing! The extendable wand is incredible! This vacuum cleaner is worth every penny! And yes - Mark had it drop shipped directly to me. 10 minutes outs of the box and it was ready to use! My rugs, floors and stairs are so clean! I love my Riccar, and I LOVE Mark's Service Center! |
