It worked great for the first couple weeks, then started only spinning and running water, no matter what cycle it was put on. No problem when we called, they said we'd get a discount off the second if we came to replace it. We took the broken one to Gail's for the replacement, and received no discount. Not a big deal, a little irritating but could have been a miscommunication. Being there only 180, we bought the second. But getting home hooking the new washer up, it's doing the exact same thing! Junk ! I'm disappointed in the outcome after reading such good reviews ! |
