Not only did they treat us like family they invited me back for a workshop to learn how to the use the machine. The shop gave everyone that bought the machine a free two day workshop on how to use all the features. This included a prepaid one night stay at a local hotel and meals. I have never received such amazing service anywhere before. I will continue to make the 90 minute drive for classes and fabrics. If you can make the trek to Paducah make sure to stop there. |
