| Sarah Chittenden | Over the years I have been to fields too many times to count. I am an avid sewer and usually have a good idea of what I am looking for. Sadly the people who work here are not friendly and never have been. Not one of the 4 people working today spoke to us when we came in until we were shuffling through bolts after being present for >10 minutes. In addition when we went to check out the person at the register immediately scanned our item without speaking to us and immediately turned her back to us to lean against the counter and return to her conversation with the other workers. The rating is 3 stars only because rhe selection is good and it is the only show in town. I dont expect that this will change but truly customer service is the worst here. |

The Spring Lake store sells BabyLock machines. The machine technician is the best in the area. The gift certificates make great gifts. You get wonderful customer service from knowledgeable sales associates. |
