We did not even know that we already had the parts for the transfer left over from initial installation 20 years ago. Chris indicated that we probably already had the parts and he was correct! in the process of changing over he strongly suggested we needed our furnace cleaned out we agreed, it had been several years since the last cleaning. He was willing to work around our schedule, always communicating with us in regards to arrival times. His communication throughout the process was excellent. He also talked extensively with my husband about other ways to improve our heating system.
