| Ryan McDuffee | Looking for new a new chimney sweep today because Hoosier Chimney Sweep did not call or show up on June 15, 2019. This would have been a 3rd year of them coming to our house. Each time he would talk bad about other chimney sweeps in the area. He recommended modifications 1st time out so I asked him for estimate. He never followed back on his promise, looked at his notes the 2nd time out and talked down to me for not making the changes. So I asked for the quote again...never got it. I am glad he didn't show up or call, I will find a new sweep who is more customer focused. If not clear, I would not recommend this company. |
