They came out, for my warranty company, looked at brand new Samsung washer, said they couldn't do anything without part, was gonna order then call me when he was coming back to put part on!! Lol nope instead he never came back, I forgot about it, he never came but just decided to bill warranty company like he fixed the thing!! Charged the labor and all for something they never did hahahahaha |

I found a gently used top load washer with an already good price and it was a little outside of my budget but they worked with me to come to a price I could afford. They were even able to deliver the same day and take away my old one. I will definitely be going back to Windhorst for future purchases on any appliances I may need! |
