| Kyle O | This place has gone down hill so badly. There wood baseboards and door trim are so crooked you can't build anything square to save your soul. Also they claim a hassle free Guarantee on there kolbat hand tools. Well that is certainly not the case at least with this store. I'm talking a simple pair of diagonal pliers and they said they were rusted out and wouldn't exchange it. The tool had were scratches that had a rust color in them. If I could post a picture I would. Due to principle I will never shop at lowes again. They have permanently lost my business. The employees are not trained properly and the customer service is non existent. |
