| Alex Santiago | Jeff came to my house after i frantically called him when my fridge stopped working and i had just filled it with over 65 pounds of meat for an annual birthday bash me and my group of friends from my hometown of Tempe, AZ throw every year. It was a day and a half away and i couldnt let my meat go bad as it was my turn to host and i had been talking up my BBQ game. The owner Jeff reckognized the urgency in my voice and moved me to the front of the line, gave me a 2 hour window from 2-4pm at 1130am and was at my house at around 1250. Took a look at my fridge and broke the news to me that it would be at least a day before he could get the parts in but he was gonna make a couple calls and see what he could do. He came back about 45 minutes later with the part OFF OF HIS OWN FRIDGE AT HOME!!! He had mentioned he had the same fridge and put the part in until the replacement arrived.
