| Bev Monahan | Several times they've had my truck back in to try and fix the ESPAR bunk heater they put in just months ago, late fall. I also had them put in a block heater that works like the bunk heater, at the same time as the ESPAR heater install. Now not only will the ESPAR heater not work, the block heater prevents my trucks HVAC system from putting out heat until I shut the block heater off. It's not supposed to be set up that way. Our other truck is set up with the same 2 heaters, also ESPAR and it does not operate like this, and hasnt had any problems like this one. That trucks ESPAR heaters install was done at Kenworth, not Badger. The other issue I have is the disorganization at the desk from the time I get there until when I get the truck back. The one hand has no idea what' the other hand is doing. They never know I'm coming bc Ed fails to put me on the schedule. Then when the work is done , even when I first had these heaters installed, there was no paperwork written up. No bill of sale, no receipt for the thousands I was spending. They never know how to bill it when I'm there for service until Edwho is often MIA let's them know once again its warranty work. I'm beyond frustrated. I am in disbelief of the good reviews here. Of course the other reviews are all over a year old, so here is my experience and how this place operates now. |
