This WOULD have been a 5-star review if the arrival time window I was given wasn't so absurd...8 am to 5 pm. Some people work outside of the home, have to take off work, or totally rearrange their days to accommodate this foolishness. A three or four-hour window should be adequate to schedule, but nine-hours? Really? Even cable, telephone, and utility companies do not yank our time-chain this much any longer. Shame, Sears! Thanks for sending the email asking for my review. I am happy to share my frustration. |
