Appliance Repair by Schaefer’s in Lincoln, Nebraska

We have not shopped a lot at Schaefer's, but we will shop there more in the future. We recently decided to buy a new dishwasher. After looking at the big box stores and finding a lack of selection, we decided to go to Schaefer's. My husband was a little skeptical, thinking we'd find prices a lot higher. That is absolutely what we did not find. What we did find was extraordinary service that we would never in a million years get at the big box stores. The person showing us the dishwashers. was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. He made us feel much more confident when we finally decided what dishwasher to buy. I would highly suggest making all your appliance and TV purchases at Schaefer's. Not only is the selection so much greater, the service can't be beat and for that alone it is well worth going there.

I bought a complete package of appliances here and will always go here for anything I need as far as appliances go. Dustin is very professional and knowledgeable he did not try to upscale anything and I feel I got a great price on everything I bought. Also the warranty you are offered is probably the best part about the store. I look forward to years of business with the store.
