| Brad Hulse | I have worked with Mike's Appliances for years. Always had pretty good service and pretty good pricing as well. I recently had them go out to check a refrigerator at a property of mine and they "fixed it". It stopped working again and I asked they come back which they did no problem and again "fixed it". The problem came back a few days later and I called them again to go back out which they said they would and NEVER did. I called 4 days later asking "Denise" to let me know what the status of it was and she said "she left a message" with their tech 4 days ago and so I asked that they either go out to look at it or call me with some sort of explanation as to what was happening with the refrigerator, her reply to that was "that's pretty demanding!". We agreed that we would not do business together in the future. DO NOT USE MIKES APPLIANCE SERVICE! Why on earth would paying for a service and then asking that the service be completed be "demanding". These people don't know how to treat others fairly. DO NOT USE!!! |
