| Phyllis Hollenbeck | Technician was great and did a good job. This service is WAAY too expensive. They charge 99 to come out and do NOT credit that back to the repair bill. They do make that public, but I didn't read it closely enough. Have never been charged a service fee that wasn't credited back to the repair bill by any plumber, electrician, appliance repair, etc. Would not use this over priced service again. |
