Appliance Repair by The Honey Do Service of Abilene – Handyman & Home Improvement in Abilene, Texas

I called this business several months ago and a nice guy came out and we talked about what needed to be done. I didnt hear from anybody so I called and the person who answered told me she was at the hospital with a family member and she would get back to me ? No one ever called. I followed up again last week because the guy seemed to know what he was talking about. The same woman told me she was making a bank run and would call me back and never did. Strange way to do business .

I called them and asked them to come give me a quote for some electric work . They came and gave me a quote and the following Monday I called and asked the girl if they were going to provide a generator for my refrigerator while they do the work. She said she would have to ask and get back to me. Monday afternoon I called and told her I needed to make a decision and when was she going to find out. Again she said she didn't know that the guy she was supposed to ask was busy. Ok here I sit Tuesday morning and again no phone call. Well I went with another company .They had also told me that it would take 2 weeks to be put on the schedule, well I'm not giving you half the money and your not gonna show up for 2 weeks. You lost my business. I guess your so busy you don't need new customers. Wow!! All I can say!!

I've had Justin our several times for odds and ends, and he's always prompt and dependable! He recently installed two wall-mounted TVs in my home; he came in at HALF the price "Geek Squad" was going to charge me! Even better, on several occasions Justin and his crew have DONATED their talents on various Dyess We Care Team project when we've gotten in "over our heads". LOVE Honey Do!!
