Kade Perry | Have called 6 times trying to get a simple orifice for my stove. 3 different people have told me it doesn't have one. I have even given them the darn numbers of the different orifices. Said they'd call back an hour ago with the info. Still nothing. Alls I wanted was to be able to bake cookies with my kids and can't get the part ordered. This ordeal has been stretched over 4 days and 9 phone calls. Have finally given up. Ordered a drill bit of the correct size. Just going to drill it out. Will never buy another GE appliance. Customer service was horrendous. |
Chris Martin | Absolutely the worst company i have ever had to interact with. I bought all new GE appliances for my new house. Today is now the 7th time they have come to fix my washing machine that was purchased 3 months ago. That means 7 days off of work waiting for a tech to come fix it between 8-5. They said their account only shows they have only been out twice which is incorrect. Twice this month yes.. They came to fix it again today and now say it needs more parts which means another day off work. They need to buck up and give me a new washing machine. I didnt pay to have one that needs to be serviced every 2 weeks. This company is ridiculous. |
Dmitriy Kallik | GE built-in microwave Profile broke 33 days after purchasing. It took 4 visits for GE Appliances to repair. After 3 months it broke again. It's been more than 2 weeks, but GE has not repaired it yet. TERRIBLE microwave design and TERRIBLE Service. |
