Appliance Repair by Extreme Shoe Service in Loveland, Colorado

I brought in some very sentimental moccasins and Minnetonka boots I've had for a long time, with the request to have them cleaned, I wouldn't have had a problem w length of time it took, but I was talked to rudely by Rochelle when I called to inquire about progress w shoes..told about series of issues that created a situation for shoes to be sent to Boulder w/o my knowledge then when I expressed concern about my shoes I was basically told I should appreciate that their even doing them and talked over during the whole conversation...after numerous calls to numbers she gave me the guys I talked with more professional in tone and being told that my shoes would be back in Loveland this week, next week, etc. Also, I had to explain who I was,what shoes I had brought in and that they were already paid for each time I called. I finally got my shoes back, it's obvious boots weren't cleaned and moccasins have a blue spot on them that wasn't there before, so I paid 80 for about a 1/2 inch of stitching I really wasn't concerned about. I don't normally write stuff, but I'm so tired of being on the losing end and being treated badly for something that should have been so simple!

Did great work on my bag. Would recommend for repairs.
