| Nick Nicholson | Our fridge went down just a few days before Christmas 2019. I called late Friday and left a message. On Monday morning I spoke with J&D appliance and they had someone out here to look at the fridge on Tuesday morning. The circuit board had blown, and of course we were in a panic that all our food would be spoiled for Christmas. They were pretty booked, yet ordered the part for us asap and were back to fix it first thing Friday morning. Their telephone customer service was outstanding and Aaron, our tech, was so understanding and professional. He really cared for our issues and made us feel so 1.
