The work done was good... The diagnostic was 60, and though we knew what was wrong there was no mention of how expensive it would be to replace the item heating coil. For a 40 part online they were going to charge over 80. Then the total was well over half the cost of a brand new Dryer. I was able to negotiate a lower total, but it still feels I was taken advantage of. After the work was done there is a loose clip which holds on the face of the dryer - without the black electrical tape it rattles and becomes a snag danger for clothes and arms. So overall, little attention was paid to the details - especially for the price paid. The part, so far, has functioned correctly. The technician was very good at cleaning out the lint from inside the dryer and replaced the vent I purchased form Lowe's. I would most likely look for another option if this were to happen again.

The only company I would trust my Bosch with. They just fixed my Bosch dishwasher. It was taken cared of really well and really fast. Reasonable with charges too.
