Made arrangements for time off work, then 1 hour before the appointment, they call to cancel the appointment saying they couldn't get a certified guy to come out. Really? Why make the appointment if you don't have anyone that can fulfill it? I'm not sure they understand that their customers have jobs that they have to make workarounds for. Thanks, I will now be working on my Saturday to make up for the time I missed on Friday. Not even an offer to reschedule, just "sorry, we have to cancel your appointment." I've now had to make another appointment with someone else adding on a few more days that I will be without a washing machine. |
