Appliance Repair by Batten’s Appliance in St Marys, Georgia

I would never use this company for anything. We purchased a washer from them that was “brand new”. They were going to deliver it and hook it up. The owner himself came to deliver the washer. Well the washer wouldn't work. He said he had to go to Lowe's to get a part for it and I called him and said I just didn't want the washer. He yelled at me on the phone and was extremely rude. So not only are their products garbage but so is the owners attitude. I went over to sears and bought a washer for a little more than I would have had to pay for the broken one from here. Save your hard earned money and go somewhere else.

The prices were good, they had a range of options to help with the move price wise as well as a dolly to help with the move for a small price. Everyone was very nice and very helpful. We even bought a washer dryer set from them while we were there. They loaded it for us at no extra cost.

Repairman scratched my appliance and the owner is refusing to help in any way. I asked the worker not to place anything on the dryer so it wouldn't get scratched. What does he do...place his drill directly on top of a brand new dryer. He must of dragged it as well as there are now scratches exactly where he placed it that I know for a fact were not there previously. Watch these people like hawks and take pictures when the place their metal clipboard and tools all over your appliances. Absolutely ridiculous. To top it off, the repairman didn't even fix the dryer's issues...just came and looked at...scratched it up...and said they needed to order parts before he left. You've been warned.
